American Jersey Cow is notable for its light brown appearance and it weighs between 400kg to 450 kg. Known for its strong body structure, this breed of cow can produce 18 liter to 25 liter milk per day. It has early maturity period and better fertility level. Milk of American Jersey Cow has high nutritional value (higher amount of vitamin and protein than the milk obtained from other species of cows) and the milk is suitable for cheese production purpose.
